Shipping & Delivery:
Standard Production is 7-10 business days. Ground freight ranges from 1-5 business days. You may estimate costs and then choose from a variety of shipping options from UPS and Fed Ex. If you wish to use your own UPS or Fed Ex account number, please contact our Customer Service Department at 888-625-4327.

Returns & Replacements:
Returns are only accepted in the case of product / imprint defects.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:
EZcaps.com provides competitive pricing to fit any budget.  Check the site frequently for sales and promotions.  Payment of orders is due at the time of order placement.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please note that by law, sales tax will be collected for any shipments to California.

Orders can be viewed in your account.  Login to your account from the top of the home page using your email address and password.  From the My Accounts page, click on My Orders.

Art Requirements:

• ANY Questions, please call 888.625.4327
• Please reference your order number and also provide your company name, address and phone number.
• Please include in your email:  attached art files, number of embroidery locations, brief description of art, pms color(s), location for embroidery, size for embroidery.
• Accepted File Fomats:  Illustrator or Photoshop (.ai, .eps, .pdf)
• Art must be vector-based solid color.


Proofs:
• JPEG proofs are provided at no charge.
